Looking to start your diving adventure? Join BSAC and you join a worldwide community of like-minded people who share a genuine passion for scuba diving.
BSAC is the UK's leading dive club and the sport's National Governing Body, providing an internationally-recognised diver training and development programme via a network of branches (clubs) and centres across the country and overseas.

So whether you're a qualified diver with other agency or only just started, tried it on holiday or would like to learn to scuba dive; if you want the highest standards of training and great diving in good company, then BSAC is for you.

rectotec and BSAC
rectotec is a BSAC Premier Centre and Technical Centre. BSAC Premier Centres can train and certify all BSAC diver grades, including Advanced Diver and offer many Skill Development Courses (SDCs).

BSAC Technical Centres are authorised to train Open Circuit (OC) or Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) Mixed Gas Technical diving courses. rectotec can offer Open Circuit courses up to Explorer Mixed Gas (XMG) and gas blending.

Struggling to complete your training?
Do you need to get those last few signatures before you go on holiday or are you struggling to complete your training within your branch? rectotec can help with referrals, provide individual lessons to suit your needs or even tailor a course to suit you. Whatever your needs, rectotec can help.

Crossing over to BSAC
It's easy for a diver with any qualification to dive with BSAC. If you have a recognised qualification you do not have to do any cross-over or conduct any further training (unless you want to!). It doesn't matter who you trained with (recreational, commercial or military), if you've never dived in the UK before or if you haven't dived for a few seasons, you're all very welcome.
